About Us: We are the Tetra Pillars company and we work in the field of capacity building and organizational development. For our projects we need people with the following qualifications and skills for this department. As a job coach, you will be responsible for helping individuals navigate the job market and providing guidance, support and resources to help them achieve their career goals.
If you are not specialized in this field, we will train and prepare you for this position, but you must first attend the course. The company will cover 90% of your capacity building costs and you should cover the remaining 10%. You will work for us as a freelancer. Freelance means: A form of self-employment where freelancers make their skills and talents available to a range of clients on a flexible basis. They are not employed by a company or tied to a single client – freelancers have the freedom to choose the projects they want to work on and the clients they want to work for.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in identifying and overcoming barriers to employment, such as lack of experience, education, or language proficiency.
- Conduct individual coaching sessions with clients to assess their skills, interests, and career objectives.
- Develop personalized action plans for each client, including resume writing, job search strategies, interview preparation, and skill development.
- Provide guidance on networking, job application techniques, and utilizing online resources for job searching.
- Stay informed about labor market trends, job opportunities, and industry developments to provide relevant guidance to clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to track progress, provide encouragement, and offer ongoing support.
- Build and maintain relationships with employers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to facilitate job placements for clients.
- Ensure ethical conduct in all interactions with clients, maintaining confidentiality and respecting individual needs and circumstances.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and the local language (proficiency in other languages is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Empathy and patience in working with diverse individuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Networking abilities to connect clients with relevant resources and opportunities.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of clients.
- Cultural competence to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Motivational skills to inspire and encourage clients throughout their job search journey.

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Freelance Sales Promoter to help us expand our reach and boost enrollments for our online courses. A freelancer is an independent worker who provides services to multiple clients on a project or contract basis, rather than being a permanent employee of a company. Freelancers manage their own schedules, set their rates, and handle business aspects like invoicing and taxes. They typically work on short-term assignments or specific projects, offering flexibility and autonomy but with variable income.
Role Overview: As a Freelance Sales Promoter, you will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies to attract and convert both unemployed and employed individuals into our online courses. You will work independently to identify leads, develop promotional content, and implement effective sales tactics. To ensure you are fully prepared for success, we offer comprehensive training and support. Please note that there will be a 6-month test period during which your performance will be evaluated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Utilize various channels such as social media, email, and online forums to identify and engage both unemployed and employed individuals who can benefit from our courses. Employ lead generation techniques to build a robust list of prospects.
- Sales Strategies: Design and implement targeted sales strategies to promote our online courses. Develop and distribute promotional materials, including email campaigns, social media posts, and advertisements tailored to the needs of different audience segments.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with prospects to understand their career goals and professional development needs. Provide personalized recommendations on course selections and address inquiries to facilitate the enrollment process.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the success of your strategies. Adjust tactics based on data-driven insights to optimize results and meet targets.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and the needs of both unemployed and employed individuals. Use this knowledge to refine your sales approach and discover new opportunities.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from enrolled individuals to help improve our courses and marketing strategies. Share valuable insights with our team to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and the local language (proficiency in other languages is a plus).
- Education: Must have a bachelor’s or diploma degree.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to engage and convert a diverse range of individuals.
